Canyon Haul Co. provides junk removal, hauling, and related cleanout services in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding areas. Our services include Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Garage Cleanout, Estate Cleanout, Construction Debris, Yard Waste, Hot Tub Removal, Storage Unit Cleanout, and similar jobs. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information you give us, such as photos, descriptions, or details over the phone. Quotes are estimates only and are not a guaranteed final price.

Our pricing is based primarily on the volume your items take up in our truck or trailer, along with factors such as weight, access, labor, and item type. Additional charges may apply for things like stairs, difficult access, especially heavy items, or regulated items such as appliances. We will confirm a final price with you before we begin the work, and you may decline the service at that point at no charge.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or non-payment may result in additional fees and collection efforts as permitted by law.

Same-day and next-day service is offered subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We may need to reschedule your service due to weather, safety concerns, crew availability, or other circumstances beyond our control, and we will work with you to find a new time.

By scheduling service, you confirm that you own the items to be removed or are authorized to dispose of them, and that you have the right to grant us access to the property or location. Please ensure items are accessible and remove any valuables or personal belongings you wish to keep before our crew arrives.

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, wet paint, solvents, fuels, asbestos, biohazards, or medical waste. If you are unsure whether an item can be removed, please ask us before your appointment. We may decline to remove any item at our discretion.

Our crew takes care when working on your property. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Canyon Haul Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, or damage that occurs despite reasonable care. We are not responsible for items you ask us to remove once they have been hauled away, as removed items are generally disposed of, donated, or recycled and cannot be retrieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
