Bigger jobs, priced by the load
Our trailer holds 37 cubic yards, about twice a typical junk-removal truck. You pay for the share your load fills. Where you land in a range depends on how much space it takes and how easy it is to reach.
Small Load

What the price covers
- We do all the lifting and loading, from wherever it sits: inside, garage or yard

When the price changes
- Refrigerators, freezers and AC units
- +$25 each, to cover the extra disposal fee for the refrigerant. A fridge on its own: $125 + $25 = $150.
- Concrete, dirt, rock, tile, roofing and stumps
- Priced by weight, because they're heavy for their size. Send a photo and we'll tell you.
- Stairs, a basement, a long carry, or no room for the trailer
- Can add labor. We tell you when we quote.
- Very heavy single items, like a piano or a safe

We tell you the price before we lift anything. Nothing is added after we load, unless you add items.

Pricing questions
Yes: $125, the price of one item. Each extra item is $40–$50. Once it's more than a few pieces, a small load ($150–$175) usually costs less than pricing items one by one.

Yes. The two exceptions are the $25 refrigerant fee on refrigerators, freezers and AC units, and heavy material like concrete or dirt, which is priced by weight. Labor extras, like stairs or a long carry, are listed above.
