Peoria's bulk trash program: two pickups a year, by appointment
Peoria moved bulk trash to an appointment-only system, and residents get a maximum of two scheduled pickups per year. Piles are size-limited (roughly 6 ft × 12 ft × 3 ft), and anything set out without an appointment simply isn't collected. The city offers a paid special-haul option billed in 30-minute blocks for anything the regular program can't handle — and the city's own website suggests searching for local trash-hauling services when the schedule doesn't fit. Two pickups a year doesn't cover a move, a remodel, or a garage that's been filling up since the last one. We do.
If you're in Vistancia or another north-Peoria HOA community, you already know the rules: bins out of sight, nothing left at the curb. We load directly from your garage, side yard, or wherever it sits — no pile on the street.
